From the traditional help desk to Help Buddy, our chabot with AI

In the past, we used to rely on a traditional help desk service to handle all of our internal inquiries. However, our approach to problem solving has evolved significantly thanks to the implementation of Help Buddy, an AI-powered bot that has revolutionized the way we approach everyday tasks.

It is based on a series of automations designed to streamline our operations. What used to take a day and a half of work is now completed in just 2 minutes, demonstrating the incredible efficiency we have achieved with this innovative tool.

One of the most outstanding features is its ability to automatically generate consultation tickets. Previously, we were forced to write emails and upload information manually to create a request ticket. With the arrival of the chatbot, this process has been significantly simplified, since it is responsible for carrying out all the work automatically.

In addition, it has the ability to provide us with detailed information about the tickets that are being managed. By simply making a query, we can know the status of active tickets, allowing us to keep better control of our requests and their resolutions

Another problem that we have solved with its integration is the management of mobile VPNs. Thanks to notifications, we now receive alerts two days before the expiration of a mobile VPN, which has eliminated the need to send emails to request renewal.

In addition to all these features, it also helps us to obtain detailed information about our co-workers. We can make specific inquiries about any employee and receive details such as their photo, information about their boss, their birthday and the groups to which they belong. This has significantly improved our ability to connect and collaborate more effectively within the organization.
