Getting to know the Quality Area

The quality area is the voice of customers in Infocorp's daily lives and that's why we work hard to defend their interests. “Sometimes he even acts as a psychologist,” according to Leticia Claro QA Manager at Infocorp.

In the relationship, we work directly with the bank's quality department and with Management, since quality is installed transversally throughout the process.
